新型コロナウイルスによる感染拡大を防ぎ、安全な教育・研究環境を確保し維持するために、理学部化学科・化学専攻では以下のような対応をとることとします．

○理学部化学科・化学専攻の授業等について

学部3年生：
・ 講義は5月7日（木）から開始し，別表の授業日程（ハイライトされた日）で行います．5月7日は水曜日の授業となっていますので注意してください． 講義の方法は，オンライン授業で行う可能性がありますので，進め方等については本ホームページで確認してください．
・ 学生実験・実習も別表のスケジュールに合わせて行います．

学部4年生：
・ 講義は5月7日（木）から開始し，別表の授業日程（ハイライトされた日）で行います．5月7日は水曜日の授業となっていますので注意してください． 講義の方法は，オンライン授業で行う可能性がありますので，進め方等については本ホームページで確認してください．
・ “研究室での研究活動”については，十分な感染防止策を講じた上で，指導教員の判断で行うこととします．

大学院学生：
・ 講義は4月17日（金）から開始します．なお講義はしばらくの期間，オンライン授業となる予定ですので，講義の進め方等については本ホームページで確認してください．
・ “研究室での研究活動”については，十分な感染防止策を講じた上で，指導教員の判断で行うこととします．

○理学部化学科・化学専攻の入進学者ガイダンスについて

学部3年生：
・ 小人数のグループ単位で，学生証や履修登録等に必要となる書類などを配布します．その時に簡単な説明を行います．詳細は改めて本ホームページで通知します．

大学院学生：
・ ガイダンスは実施せず，学生証や履修登録等に必要となる UTokyoアカウントを含む書類等(ガイダンス関連の書類を含む)を配布するのみとします．配布場所および受取時間については，改めて本ホームページで通知します．

Department of Chemistry’s measures regarding the novel coronavirus

 
In order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus and maintain a safe working environment for everyone studying and doing research on our campuses, the Department of Chemistry has decided on the followings:

Regarding classes at the Department of Chemistry
[Undergraduate Course]
For 3rd year Students:
 Lectures will be started from May 7th (Thu), and will be held according to the Class Schedule (on the highlighted dates). Note that Wednesday classes will be conducted instead of Thursday classes on May 7th (Thu).
 S-semester lectures may be carried out online. Details and instructions will be posted on this webpage.
 Laboratory works will be carried out according to the same class schedule.

For 4th year Students:
 Lectures will be started from May 7th (Thu), and will be held according to the Class Schedule (on the highlighted dates). Note that Wednesday classes will be conducted instead of Thursday classes on May 7th (Thu).
 S-semester lectures may be carried out online. Details and instructions will be posted on this webpage.
 Graduation thesis research in the laboratory should be carried out with all necessary precautions under the supervising professors’ instructions.

– Research activities in the laboratory should be carried out with all necessary precautions under the supervising professors’ instructions.

– The guidance will be held in small groups on April 2nd. Schedule and more detailed information will be posted on this webpage.

[Master’s/Doctorate Course]
– The guidance scheduled on April 2nd is cancelled.
– Schedule and venue for the distribution of student IDs and other guidance materials will be posted on this webpage.
