卒業証書授与式の中止と卒業証書の授与の方法について

理学系研究科・理学部では、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を防ぐため、各学科で3月24日（火）に行う予定としていました卒業証書授与式を中止することになりました。

そのため、化学科では、卒業証書を指導教員に配布しますので、各指導教員から卒業証書を3月24日（火）以降に受け取って下さい。

なお、各系にて行われる卒業研究発表会については、予定通り、3月12日（木）午前（物化系)、3月18日（水）午前（有機系）、3月16日（月）午前（無機分析系）に行います。
　
※　ウイルス感染の拡大を防ぐ観点から、ご両親などご家族の方には、卒業証書の授与や受け取りの機会に本郷キャンパスに来校されないように伝えて下さい。

Cancellation of Degree Awarding Ceremony and Procedure of Degree Awarding

Important Message to Graduating Students of Department of Chemistry

In order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, the School of Science has decided to cancel the diploma presentation ceremonies, scheduled to be held on Monday, March 24th at the respective departments of School of Science.

Department of Chemistry has therefore decided to ask the professors to give diplomas to the graduating students in their group on or after Tuesday, March 24th.

Please ask your parents and other family members to refrain from visiting the university campus on this occasion in order to reduce the risk of infection and spread of the novel coronavirus.

Please note that the graduation thesis presentations of the three divisions of the department will be held as scheduled on the morning of Thursday, March 12th for the Physical Chemistry Division; the morning of Wednesday, March 18th for the Organic Chemistry Division, and the morning of Monday, March 16 for the Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry Division.
