下記のとおり学位記伝達式が行われますので、ご案内いたします。

　　　　　　　　　　日時 : 令和7 年9 月19 日（金） 午後1 時00 分～

　　　　　　　　　　場所 : 理学部１号館中央棟２階小柴ホール

・10 分前までに受付を済ませ、指示に従い着席して下さい。席の用意は出席の回答のあった方のみとなります。

・式典に参加できるのは、修了生のみです。

・式典に参加できないご家族等のため、式典の様子をインターネットで配信する予定です。（同時配信のみ。）お顔が映り込む可能性がございますので予めご了承ください。視聴にあたって、事前の登録は不要です。リンクの共有はご本人・ご家族等に限ります。

You are cordially invited to GSS 2025Autumn Semester Commencement Ceremony which will be held as follows:

　　　　　　　　　　Date: 　　Friday, September 19, 2025

　　　　　　　　　　Time: 　　1:00 p.m.

　　　　　　　　　　Venue: 　Koshiba Hall, 2nd Floor of Faculty of Science Building 1, Area C

Notes:

・Seats will only be assigned to those who have confirmed their participation. On the day of the ceremony, students should check in at the venue and be seated in the assigned seats by 0:50pm.

・Only students who have completed all requirements are eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony.

・Only graduates can participate in the ceremony.

・For family members who are unable to attend the ceremony, we will provide a livestream of the ceremony via the Internet. Please note that there is a possibility that your face will be live-streamed for this purpose. Anyone can watch the livestream without pre-registration. Link sharing is limited to you and your family members.
