卒業によるアカウント失効についての注意―学習・研究成果を失わないために/ Notice on Account Revocation due to Graduation―What to Do so as Not to Lose Your Study and Research Work

卒業等により東京大学から離籍する際には、UTokyo Accountが失効し、ZoomやECCSクラウドメール、Microsoft 365などの各種情報システムが利用できなくなります。アカウント失効後はシステムに保存されているデータにアクセスすることもできないため、必要に応じて事前にデータのバックアップを取るようにしてください。加えて、UTokyo Antivirus Licenseなどの一部の情報システムには、離籍に伴って利用権限がなくなるにもかかわらず、自動的に利用が停止されないものがあります。それぞれの指示にしたがって利用を終了してください。
なお、東京大学内で所属が変わる際にはUTokyo Accountが失効することはありませんが、所属変更にあたって一度在籍期間が途切れる場合にはUTokyo Accountが失効します。この場合、卒業・退職等による離籍の場合と同様に、各種データのバックアップを取る必要があります。

When you leave the University of Tokyo due to graduation or resignation, your UTokyo Account will be revoked and you will not be able to use the various information systems such as Zoom, ECCS Cloud Email, and Microsoft 365 provided by the university. After your account is revoked, you will not be able to access any data stored in the systems, so please make backups of your data in advance as necessary. In addition, some information systems, such as the UTokyo Antivirus License, are not automatically terminated even though you are no longer authorized to use them upon leaving the university. Please follow the instructions of each system to terminate the use of them.
Please note that your UTokyo Account will not be revoked when you change your affiliation within the university of Tokyo; however, if your enrollment period is interrupted upon a change of affiliation, your UTokyo Account will be also revoked. In this case, you will need to back up your data in the same manner as when you leave the university due to graduation, resignation, or other reasons.
