2016年1月21日、米国は2015年ビザ免除プログラムの改定及びテロリスト渡航防止法の施行を開始しました。米国の税関・国境取締局（U.S
Customsand Boarder
Protection）は、毎日百万人を超える旅行者を米国に受け入れ、安全に対する厳しい基準を保ちつつ国境警備にあたり、旅行者の正当な渡航を促進することに全力を注いでいます。この法により、下記該当国７か国に2011年3月1日以降、渡航歴のある方はビザ免除プログラム(ESTA）を利用して渡米することはできません。米国内でのトランジットの場合にも必要です。

イラン ／ イラク ／ スーダン ／ シリア ／ リビア ／ ソマリア ／ イエメン

On January 21, 2016, the United States implemented the Visa Waiver
Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015. Each
day, more than one million people hoping to enter the United States are
received by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency. The CBP has
committed itself to promoting legitimate travel while maintaining strict
standards of security and border control. Under this new law, if you
have traveled to any of the 7 countries below since March 1, 2011, you
are ineligible for the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA). This also applies in
the case of transit through the United States.

Iran / Iraq / Sudan / Syria / Libya / Somalia / Yemen

Persons who have traveled to any of the above countries since March 1,
2011 must apply for a B1/B2 visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate in order
to receive permission to travel the U.S. There are many documents
required for application, and they must prove that there are no ties to
